In the coming weeks, we will perform tasks on our Screens Connect service. These changes will not be visible to you but will allow us to improve the service over time.
To ensure the best transition possible, we highly recommend that you update Screens Connect on your Mac or Windows PC to the latest supported version.
Supported and Current Versions:
Screens Connect 4.9.6 for macOS 10.11 El Capitan or later
Screens Connect 3.5.5 for Windows 7 SP1 or later
If your Mac or PC is running older OS versions, make sure that you have the proper version installed:
Screens Connect 3.6 for macOS 10.9 Mavericks or 10.10 Yosemite
Screens Connect 3.2.3 for macOS 10.8 Mountain Lion
Screens Connect 2.2.1 for macOS 10.6.8 Snow Leopard or 10.7 Lion
Please note that:
- These 3 versions are supported but no longer maintained.
- Versions older than Windows 7 are no longer supported.
All other versions are considered obsolete and no longer supported so we urge you to get the latest version via this page or the Check for Updates… button found in Screens Connect.
